Waiver and Release

By participating in the Marlborough Recreation Youth Soccer Program, I acknowledge that I understand the risks involved with youth sports activities. I release and hold harmless the Marlborough Recreation Department, its staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any liability for injuries or accidents that may occur during practices, games, or related events.
